Track Your Order
Want to track your order? When your order is dispatched, you'll get a Shipping Confirmation email from support@pawpioneer.com, which will include your tracking number. Depending on the item ordered, it might take up to 7 business days for this email to be sent. After receiving the email, simply enter your tracking number below to conveniently check the status of your delivery.
Things to Keep in Mind:
The tracking numbers don't immediately update to show the current delivery status. If you enter your tracking number and it appears to be unavailable at the moment, don't worry - your order has been shipped and is en route to the local post office. The tracking information should update within a few business days. Depending on the destination, the order may take 10 to 15 business days to arrive.
